1) Explain what is Google Ads aka Google Adwords?
Ans- Google ads is the latest branded name of Google AdWords(old name). It is a system that Google has created to accommodate in marketing product or services on Google search engine and its affiliated sites also known as google partners. It is used to make your text ad appear when people search for keywords on google that are linked with your product, service or an offering.


2) Explain how AdWords work?
Ans- The main working of Adwords directly depends upon its bidding system. Bidding simply means the price or bid of a particular Ad. More the price, higher will be the rankings of your Ad. Also, another aspect of AdWords is ‘pay per click’ which means you only pay the amount you have put in the bid system, only if someone clicks on your Ad while searching his keyword.

6) Explain what is Google Quality Score?
Ans- This is the quality score by google which is based upon CTR (click through rate) .CTR simply means ratio of ad clicks to impressions of your ads. Quality score simply ensures the viability of your ad to the user and this is primarily based on your ad’s CTR. In terms of google your CTR determines the quality of your landing page and also your keyword relevance. 7) Explain what is an ad group in Google AdWords?

Ans- You would need a unique email id as these will manage single MCC account.


16) What is ROAS?How do you we calculate ROAS ?
Ans- ROAS means Return On Ad Spend. It’s the ratio of sales/spend.
For E.g.- An INR 50,000 in sales for INR 10,000 budget has 5:1 ROAS.


17) What does broad match modifier stand for in Google AdWords? How do you denote broad match modifier?
Ans- The broad match modifier can be explained as such thing which lets us create keywords that have more reach as compared to the phrase match. It is implemented by putting a + (plus symbol) directly in front of one or more words in a broad match keyword. The keywords to which a + symbol is added must be there in the google search query to trigger our ads.

Incorporating modified broad match keywords to one’s campaign can make it easier for them in getting more clicks and conversion at a minimal ROI.
